Deductible charges pursuant to Decree Law 460/97 for donations to non-profit organisations.

For companies for a maximum amount of € 2065.83 or 2% of the declared business income. For individuals, deductible to the extent of 19% for a total amount not exceeding € 2065.83.

For the purposes of the tax deduction it is necessary to keep:

• for bank transfers or cheques: bank statement and any accounting notes.
