Sa Nuxi is a residence for people with mental distress, included in the Regional Plan of Social and Health Services of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia as a therapeutic-rehabilitative community at high intensity and authorized to operate and accredited by the same Region.

The community is divided into 2 modules with 8 residential beds for a total of 16 beds and the inclusion of users is based on a personalized therapeutic-rehabilitation project formulated by a multidisciplinary team. The name, SA NUXI, which in Sardinian means walnut, wants to recall the importance of protection for this project (the walnut), combined with that of territoriality (the name of the location in which it arises). The key point of the PTRP is the rehabilitation activities and the integration with the social network of the territory.
